As an industry leader in the palm oil sector, our ambition is to positively impact the lives of the hundreds of thousands of people within our sphere of influence. We aim to catalyse industry-wide progress by championing and advocating for human, land and labour rights across the sector and beyond. We will do this by engaging our own suppliers, industry initiatives and regulators, sharing lessons learned and pushing for higher standards. We also intend to improve the livelihoods of 50,000 smallholders by 2035 by supporting them to increase yields, boost their income sustainably, achieve certification, and gain access to new markets. ​

We will continuously improve the quality of life of more than 80,000 people in our workforce and the communities in which we operate by providing access to good employment and livelihood opportunities. Additionally, we are investing over RM1 billion (over USD210 million) to improve communities’ access to decent living conditions, education, and infrastructure. ​As part of our corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, we aim to foster inclusive growth and rural development, ensuring our actions contribute to local economic development and social impact.
