Green Technology Analysis

We utilise Near Infrared (NIR) technology for laboratory analysis, significantly reducing analysis time and the use of hazardous chemicals and minimising waste from laboratory activities.

Enhancement of Testing Process & Efficiency

Through the process of digitisation, we are enhancing operational efficiency and decreasing turnaround times for our laboratory test reports and help streamlining lab operations, improving data accuracy, and providing real-time tracking of samples, reagents, and consumables.

These advancements have been made feasible through our innovative use of the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) in conjunction with a variety of integrated laboratory instruments. This integration facilitates the automation of workflows and the effective management of associated information. Additionally, we employ techniques such as  simultaneous analysis through Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry (ICP-OES) to further streamline our laboratory operations. Our automated workstation for the determination of Mineral Oil Saturated Hydrocarbon (MOSH) and Mineral Oil Aromatic Hydrocarbon (MOAH) is utilising an online-coupled HPLC-GC-FID where this system streamlines complex workflow to deliver fast, precise and reproducible results.
