SD Guthrie has significantly surpassed the industry average Land-to-Man Ratio (LMR) of 8:1, achieving an impressive 13.6:1 in December 2024. This success is driven by our innovation and the integration of non-harvesting machinery, focusing on mechanisation, automation, and digitalisation (MAD) to reduce manual labour, boost productivity, and enhance operational excellence

Our Vision for LMR

As part of our long-term vision, we have set a LMR target of 17.5:1 by FY2027, upon the availability and implementation of advanced harvesting solutions.
